The Bridge Shop will refund or replace merchandise purchased from our website provided it is returned within 14 days of placing the order, is in a good and saleable condition, and is accompanied by a valid Bridge Shop tax invoice.

The Bridge Shop will only cover the cost of return freight for goods that are faulty or damaged prior to delivery. Freight costs for all other returns will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Freight costs associated with orders will not be refunded for goods damaged during delivery.
