What is The Bridge Shop’s refund policy?

We will work with you to solve any problem you may encounter. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way, contact us via email at bridge@bridgeshop.com.au and we will provide a credit or a refund depending on the nature of the problem.
However, due to the nature of digital products (Marty Bergen lessons, downloadable books, downloadable software), we cannot and do not offer a refund on these ranges.
